Of course, hunting a job, especially an interview, people always ask me the same question: why did you quit the job you’d take before?
About the question, my attitude is that: one must be natural man
first and then society second. About the reason of quitting the
job: everyone has the right of pursuit for higher and higher. For
this reason, once you haven’t got what you had paid for as both a
natural man and society one, if you still stay in the same
environment, there is no doubt that you lose your time and just
like suicide.
Maybe these words above I just said will be regarded me as a person who always quit job very very soon. But I don’t think so. I’m not expect that what I paid equal to what I got, but I convince the company should admit the value of me and what I paid for. Don’t bother me if you can’t agree with me.

我从来不怀疑自己的能力,我也从来未对自己的能力丧失信心。我目前所需要的只是一个机会,仅此而已。
简单谈一下我的个人情况:2004年毕业于大连交通大学后,就职于海尔集团大连电器产业有限公司,担任采购经理一职,并于2007年7月22合同到期后离职,开始新的挑战。此三年的`工作经验,将我从化工专业毕业的大学生转变成为企业创造价值的物料采购经理:掌握了采购流程、供应链管理、成本核算以及目前制造企业的采购/仓储/配送/生产的系统的物流流程。
可以说我对环境的适应是相当快的。对于加盟贵公司,可能在企业生产需要、企业文化理念、企业管理流程上存在一定的不熟悉,但是接触一个新的环境,给予一定的适应期,我相信我有能力做到最好。
当然,很多人都想知道这样的一个问题:为什么辞职不留在原单位了?对于这个问题,我是这样看待的:人首先是自然人,然后是社会人。辞职的原因有很多,最终的目地是:人永远有更高的追求。鉴于这样的目的下,作为自然人不能给予应该承受的物质条件,作为社会人不能给予应该承受的精神条件。没有对工作的满足感,就算继续工作下去,对自己的青春资源是一种极大的浪费。
诚然,上面的话会让您感觉:庙小留不住菩萨。担心企业招完人随时能跳槽走人。呵呵,这大可放心,我不是背信弃义的小人。不奢求付出必须要回报,但求公司对本人的价值体现能予以肯定。扪心自问,公司这点做不到的话,就不必细谈了。
‘玉在椟中求善价’只是机会而已。
